To make the story short, we were asked to leave the restaurant because we (a party of two, not drunk, sharing one bottle of red wine and having dinner) were sitting close to ech other and the waitress with blonde short hair (beware…) wanted us to move a chair so she could pass by our table. Fine, but we were sitting outside (in Sweden, in December) by the windows and she had to walk two meters to the left to pass by easily. We questioned the absurdity in this, and told her we could happily move if she had to walk to the only table behind us. But she didn’t like being questioned. Plus, we weren’t blocking any table at all, as I wrote before she could just make a small detour by two meters. I guess she had a bad day (life?) and overreacted heavily. We are from
Sweden but live in a big city in south east Asia and this treatment reminded us why we would never move back to Sweden. So communication with this waitress was no issue as we speak the same language. Management issues x 1000 at this place. Avoid at all costs, especially if you have some pride, but also if you have really low expectations of how you’d like to be treated. This is supposedly a fancy expensive place, so the shock of how we were treated is even greater. Never spending my money here again, not one single Swedish krona.
