Happy with my visit to the Ling Long, pretty much according to expectations.
The menu consists of snacks and between meals. For a snack, four dishes and a dessert. The snacks were Edamame beans, marinated in a very good. Between courses was tonfisktataki, steak tartare, chicken dumplings and crispy pork. Tonfisktatakin was a disappointment, it tasted not so much. Råbiffen was good, but not wow.
