Jag och min fru besökte AG för att fira min födelsedag 18/8. Såg fram mot besöket då vi hört så mycket positivt om denna restaurang som ska vara specialister på kött. Jag beställde en entrecote från en 4-årig mjölkko från Kalmar, och min fru beställde en ryggbiff. Entrecoten beställdes medium och ryggbiffen medium well. När köttet kom in rann det blod från ryggbiffen och min fru påpekade detta. Servitrisen tog ut biffen och vi tog för givet att en ny biff skulle komma in. Tyvärr hade man bara grillat på den gamla med resultat att den blev torr och seg..
Jag som är entrecote älskare såg fram mot denna mjölkko från Kalmar. Tyvärr blev det inte som förväntat. Det var den mest seniga och sega entrecote jag någonsin ätit. Inte den sämsta vägkrog är sämre. Smaken var bra så jag tuggade och spottade ut under servetten.
Servitrisen var dock trevlig och bjöd på en fantastisk dessert.

Just want to say that AG is still magical. I was there last week and we have 4 in the company who shared lots of different dishes such as Wagyu sliders, pulp, snails, quail wings, crispy suckling pig, an American steak and an entrecote from Poland. 10/10 toasters!
