Vi körde brunch på Paraden. Jag uppskattade verkligen miljön, med bra avstånd mellan borden och en lugn atmosfär. Inredningen var också väldigt fin och skapade en skön miljö.
Personalen var trevlig och tillmötesgående. Det var en god råbiff med tillbehör. Sammanfattningsvis var det en mycket trevlig restaurangupplevelse på Paraden.

It was a better Tuesday breakfast here. The place is super nice! cozy and murky. Outside you were greeted by a nicely decorated and styled entrance. Table along the wall with furs to sit on, fun that they try even though it's getting cold and no one will probably sit there. Indoors to the left is a fancy bar that you would like to sit at. The tables were made of marble and felt quite luxurious. Nice balcony too that looked nice.
The food was good and the breakfast menu had many different options. I ordered a banana bread with coconut cream and blackberry compote that was amazing. Surprising with the nuts in too that gave a little crunch. It was satiating and really recommends testing it. Then there was a seed cracker with priest cheese and avocado on it. Avocados, seeds and cheese in the morning are never wrong. However, I think it is a bit too expensive. Before the food came I took myself a brewed coffee, the best with the morning. Remember that it was described as heavy and smoky on the menu which it absolutely was not according to me. More fruity and light. But all right, Maybe I just like deeper, rounder, sturier coffee than most people. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The service was good, however, they seemed tired and a little confused. Be more just to do the job without giving any major impression. But told me about the menu when we ask and was nice .... and a little tired in the morning is quite okay.
