I would call myself as a wiseacre in terms of Vietnamese cuisine and Eatnam get by me a VG! Good food that feels authentic. However, they sting with the most important thing-the fresh herbs and the fish sauce.
Eatnam Nam Nam! I'm really a fan of this charming place. The room is not the prettiest and it can easily get a little crowded and messy but who cares when it is served such a wonderful vegan pho (fööööö) and at least as good and crispy spring rolls.
I'll admit right away, I've only eaten just their vegan pho so I'm the wrong person to tell you about the rest of the menu but I can say that it's abundant, good and really warming for body and soul. I've never managed to eat up the whole and sometime I'll go straight home after or work nearby so I can take home the leftovers for Oh Lord What a grief it is to throw food.
The staff is lovely and above all honest. If they can't answer questions (my last company was curious about the origin of the meat), they check it out and get back to the right info as soon as possible. I think professionally!
The room is narrow and small with low tables but also high tables along the wall. Forget about it if you have with trolley, then. If the sun does not come out and you can sit out and eat, then maybe it works. I have a newly hatched one so I examine and reconnect when it is done.
It is a popular place, especially at lunch, so if you are smart and can choose a later lunch and enjoy the buzz while you slurp in your fööööö.

Stor portion härlig gryta med massor av fin högrev, mustigt stark, jättegott! Serverat med gott humör och finess - och snart kommer väl servitören att lära sig vilka kryddor och örter som ingår i rätten :-)
