Thus, after I heard so mkt about this place I went today at the European Championships with my family and I have to say that it was purely disappointing. stood for 25 minutes with no room with our coffee in the hands. Asked the staff to help us get placed/set us in line if it helps and got damn cold response just like cold cappuccino as one of the staff just posed somewhere where I didn't even sit! After 25 minutes, I poured cappuccino and cakes in take away, thus wasting money and mood!
My question to the café staff is: Why do they share number tags and take orders when there is no place to sit? So, should you not be honest about the situation? Just say in the cashier that it is queue time, or to "solve it yourself before you order coffee" so that you are prepared to hunt places? We talked down 3 staff about places and everyone just jerked off and said, "solve it themselves"! Damn, it is so irresponsible and unprofessional! So cold and disrespectful! Do not recommend! There are many other nice and cozy cafe with personal sim really caring about customers and putting focus on service.
