Brännerian

In September 2022 Stockholms Bränneri opened up the doors to their gin bar Brännerian in Södermalm, right next door to the distillery's premises. In addition to an extensive range of drinks, Brännerian also serves a food menu with a sustainable philosophy, composed in collaboration with chef Joel Åhlin.

Brännerian is Stockholm Bränneri's so-called living room, housed in a former Jaguar workshop. The bar and restaurant, which serves cocktails made from their own gins along with small plates, are right next door. Gin production, their lab and an events venue are all housed in the same premises on Folkungagatan, and you can go there for a quick gin and tonic or a big night out with a group of friends.

Brännerian aims to produce all the spirits they serve themselves. They create cocktails with top-quality ingredients, with an emphasis on Nordic produce and flavours. The food menu includes everything from snacks to more substantial dishes, created by the chef behind prestigious restaurants such as Bar Agrikultur and with a sustainable focus. If you're not in the mood for gin you can order beer and wine from a smaller - but carefully selected - list.

Brännerian aims to offer everyone who comes by a unique flavour experience in relaxed surroundings. As a local spirit distillery they aim to offer something a little different, something you can only experience at Stockholms Bränneri.
