The Venue is outside Stockholm so it is a minus in itself. The Room itself is great! Here you need specialstrumpor to be able to jump around in there. Either you buy on site or you bring your own (rubbery plastpluppar on the pantyhose).
There are obstacle course, different trampolines, basketball with trampoline, dodgeball with trampoline, etc. etc. etc. Good Workout But incredibly fun and demanding! We were here a Thursday afternoon around 15.00 so it was pretty empty there. But later on the evening and on the weekend what I have heard so it is chock-full.
I think it's worth testing if you haven't tested it before. Fun sweaty different workouts for the adventurous.
