Originally a members’ restaurant by chef John Javier, formerly of Noma, Momofuko Seiobo and Master, The Tent (at the End of the Universe) went public. Expect Javier’s contemporary takes on Middle Eastern food, for example saganaki cheese schnitzel with parsley toum, or hummus with chilli oil and burnt lime. The stunning setting is styled as a secretive Bedouin tent beneath a faux night sky.
