The Good Front Room at the luxurious Langham hotel was the main prize on the Channel 4 and Netflix show “Five Star Kitchen”, and winner Dominic Taylor has seized the opportunity to showcase his skilled and well-travelled Caribbean cooking. On a mission to recreate and modernise Caribbean cuisine, he serves his take on traditional dishes such as curry goat and ackee and salt fish in the beautiful Palm Court space, transformed daily with artwork by mixed-media artist Caroline Chinakwe.
