Originally built in 2012 to facilitate access to Olympic Games events, the London Cable Car is now a popular sightseeing attraction. The ride takes you across the Thames from the Royal Docks to the Greenwich Peninsula or there and back again, providing stunning panoramic views from 90 metres above the river. The ride takes about ten minutes during the day, but slows down during the evening so you can take in even more of the sights.
