Two world-class chefs are teaming up for a one-off collab dinner in London

For one night only, master chefs Mauro Colagreco and Mitsuharu Tsumura will team up to serve an extravagant seven-course tasting menu.

Recently opened hotel Raffles London at The OWO hasn't been shy about its aims to become one of London's most prestigious dining destinations, having attracted an impressive line-up of dining outlets, and it looks like it isn't stopping there.

The luxury hotel's main dining offer is helmed by none other than Mauro Colagreco, a three Michelin-starred Argentine chef, and in January, he'll be teaming up with another culinary master for an exclusive four-hands dinner, available for one day only. Chef Mitsuharu Tsumura is an acclaimed chef from Lima, where he is in charge of Maido, one of the Peruvian capital's most renowned restaurants. In case you're still doubting the chefs' credentials, we should perhaps mention that both Maido and Colagreco's French headquarters Mirazur have been listed among the World's 50 Best Restaurants – Mirazur topped the list in 2019, while Maido is currently sitting at #6.

On 30 January, Colagreco and Tsumura will team up to serve an exclusive seven-course tasting menu featuring exquisite signature dishes. The event will be held at the Argentine chef's flagship London restaurant, Mauro Colagreco at Raffles London, and is priced at £220 per person. An optional wine pairing is available as well, with the price then rising to £395.
