There's an alpine tipi pop-up bar coming to Parsons Green next month

Right in the heart of Parsons Green, a new and eco-conscious transformation is set to take place next month with the arrival of the "Tipis on the Green", a sustainable pop-up bar by Raw Tipis. This innovative concept will not only offer the chance to embrace all things festive but also promises a commitment to environmental responsibility.

The tipis create a warm and intimate setting, making them an ideal choice for get-togethers with friends and family or for a festive rendezvous. You'll be spoiled for choice with a thoughtfully crafted menu featuring a wide range of craft cocktails, like the Christmas Negroni, plus locally brewed beers and a selection of comforting dishes, like raclette and cheese and charcuterie.

Their commitment to sustainability goes beyond the construction of the tipis, which are crafted from sustainable materials, ensuring a low carbon footprint and minimal environmental impact. The bar focuses on eco-friendly practices in every aspect of its operation. Some of the key initiatives include sourcing ingredients locally, the use of compost toilets, utilising renewable energy sources to power the bar and supporting local initiatives.

There will also be a jam-packed timetable of festive events taking place, including live music performances. The best bit? It's all completely free.
