The spectacular Chelsea Flower Show returns in May

What could be a nicer way to enjoy spring than exploring some beautiful gardens? If that sounds good to you, you'll be pleased to know that the RHS Chelsea Flower Show will soon be back for another year, taking place this time between 21st and 25th May. The first two days of this classic event are reserved for RHS members, but the remaining three days are open to all.

The show's history goes all the way back to 1833, and it's known for its impressive floral displays and inspiring garden designs. At the event you'll be able to explore a number of gardens centred on different themes like architecture, water, and health, plus this year, for the first time, there will be a No Adults Allowed Garden, a space designed entirely by and for children.

As well as the gardens, the Grand Pavilion will be filled with carefully-made floral displays falling into the categories of Creative Spaces and Floral Creations. There will also be smaller displays focused on the theme of colour. Traders offering plants, floristry, and garden structures and accessories, plus other types of products like jewellery, clothing, food and drink, and homewares, will also be available. On 24th May there will also be Chelsea Late, an evening of music, dancing, food, and flowers headlined by legendary DJ Jo Whiley.

The event takes place at the Royal Hospital Chelsea, home of the famous Chelsea Pensioners. Tickets for the event are on sale now. To find out more and get your ticket, head to the RHS website.
