CODE 30 under 30: These are the London-based rising stars of hospitality

CODE, a media platform that champions the hospitality industry and provides resources for hospitality professionals, has revealed this year's class of its “30 under 30” list of the sector's rising stars and most promising young professionals. These include not only chefs, but also managers, founders and others, and many of them can be found plying their trade in London. Check the list below for a taste of the future.

• Natalia Spinetto, sustainability manager at Collectiv Food
• Beth Morgan-Jones, general manager at Apricity
