Operating as a wholesale retailer of dried edible insects, they open their farm in Ealing to the public on select days, when they host unique cooking classes. During London's first edible insect experience, small groups learn about growing and cooking insects for a more sustainable lifestyle, followed by hands-on meal prep and dining.
