American owner Adam landed in London and started brewing beer in the bathroom of his Old Street flat before acquiring a permanent spot, later becoming Old Street Brewery in Hackney Wick. Pop along and sample the home-brewed beers, or get stuck in and enjoy a brew day experience where you get to brew the beer yourself alongside the professionals.
