Sedan 2006 har choklad- och cigarrkonnässören Sarkis Panossian drivit delikatessbutiken Chocolat ute i Boländerna, sedan en tid tillbaka driver chokladentusiasterna även en filial i Svavagallerian. Förutom choklad från de allra främsta leverantörerna och ett stort utbud av kubanska cigarrer erbjuder man även sina kunder ett nischat sortiment kaffe och te.
