Vasateatern

The magnificent Vasa Theatre, which is now part of Hotell Grand Central by Scandic, is a historic private theatre with its roots in the 19th century and the theatre culture of that time. Contemporary guests can now come here to see a wide range of performances and concerts and other events. Parties, kick-offs and conferences can also be arranged in this unique venue.

The theatre, with its red velvet chairs and crystal chandeliers, can house up to 800 standing guests and everything from film premieres to lectures and staff parties can be arranged here. There are two art deco-influenced bars in the foyer adjoining both the theatre and the hotel. The stage also plays host to major Swedish artists and many shows can be combined with dinner and/or an overnight stay at the Grand Central by Scandic.
