My God what I have anxiety about this review. Especially for a place you heard only good if and which I booked 2 months in advance completely psyched.
We were three in the company and took the tasting menu..... It was the start of a protracted course of events with torture that we finally left the last 3 rights and just wanted to get the bill to stop everything.
I never leave food, never, here I could barely force in me. Horrendous is just the beginning (dramatic background music).
Given all the previous fine reviews, we constantly questioned if we ended up in the right place?
For you to get a picture of what kind of sushi I appreciate so are my favorite places: Sushi Oi, Sushi Sho, Minako and Itamae izakaya.
Before the visit, I had countless food pornographic fantasies about how Soyokafe would place among my favorites. Pepper was high. They were even nominated to the Gold Dragon (how? Why? who? What?)
It started awful and ended even worse. Flavors like mold, slimy and aftertaste that gave nausea. Rice that is overcooked. And please kindly cooks, if you want to flaunt a dish and brag that it contains truffles, USE for the hell truffles and do not soak the ingredients with truffle oil. Am I snobby now, no I am not, because in my little kitchen I have my cheap truffle oils that I bought in any market. But I'm too damn a home chef and it's not so when I get the guests that I pour over the oil it and expect applause.
Then another dish with match powder, again a popular raw material, well what do we think they, we pour over 3 tons of match because it will look najs out. Damn in hell., was being suffocated.
The "best" was a sushibit with Black Angus. Ok, according to Google is Black Angus: Guaranteed juicy, well-marbled and tasty meat. What we got was a compact Snustorr Rostbiffliknande lump, failed to eat.

I SO wish I had something positive to say, so that not even the water was good, because how many times we asked so they never filled on our glass.
The service was Flummig, confused, saw our irritation and instead of responding to us and get honest constructive criticism (I promise, I am very kind and understanding when I give feedback) so they avoided us. The last dishes, they threw them out and stuck away back to the kitchen to hide.
Another thing too, you order a glass of wine so you will get about 1 cl wine in the glass.
What I have understood, most of the guests have been happy with the lunches here. I DONT KNOW and will never get to know because I will never in all my life come back here, although I got to eat here for free for the rest of my life.

Ätit takeaway härifrån några gånger, och det är kul att bo så nära en riktigt bra sushirestaurang, allt är jättegott och känns väldigt mycket fräschare än på en vanlig sushi på hörnet.
