The simplest way to describe the food at Pazzi is authentic Italian slow food. They serve Neapolitan pizza that has proved for 72 hours before being fast-baked in an extremely hot oven for two minutes.

Top-quality produce takes centre stage at Pazzi - you can't make a really great pizza with shortcuts and cheating. Their pizzas are made just like in Naples with Caputo flour, said to be the best pizza flour in the world. The dough is cold-proved for 72 hours before being baked in the 450-degree oven for two minutes, making for a crispy, flavourful base.

The menu includes pizzas both with and without tomato sauce - everything from classic Margheritas to truffle pizzas and pear pizzas with chèvre, walnuts and honey. The restaurant has a laid-back welcoming atmosphere; come by for something to eat or have something to drink in the bar, or perhaps grab a pizza to go.

Young pizza fans can choose between two kids' pizzas, one with tomato sauce and one without.

    Ordered 3 pizzas from Pazzi via Bolt on a rainy Saturday night at 19:30. We can’t have been the only ones…. And yet the pizzas arrived home in less than 25 minutes and what pizzas! Amazing dough, super tasty toppings. Just loved it.

    Recensionen är svår att skriva så maten - pizzan var fantastisk!!!! Men maten är inte allt i en upplevelse med att gå ut på restaurang.
    Jag och min man fick sitta ganska lång stund innan jag till slut fick be om menyn själv. De två servitö...
