Frantz Restaurang & Bar

The design hotel Hotel Frantz next to Slussen, which opened in 2019, includes a restaurant and bar with an emphasis on sustainability. Eat locally-produced, organic food, have a glass of wine or start the day with a breakfast buffet in newly renovated 17th century surroundings.

The building's old brick-walled cellars have been modernised with velvet furnishings, industrial lamps and wooden tables. Small and mid-sized dishes influenced by southern European cuisine appear from the open kitchen and all dishes are made from ingredients sourced as locally and organically as possible. Hotel guests and passers-by alike can tuck into the breakfast buffet, which always includes cream cake and non-alcoholic bubbly, in the mornings.
