Babas quickly became a popular hamburger mecca after they opened their first restaurant in Rågsved in 2013. Their Högdalen branch serves up the same concept - grilled, original burgers with international influences - but in a slightly larger format, both premises and menu-wise.
The menu includes typical American-style burgers, as well as some Latin American influences, a "Middle East" burger and fish, chicken, vegan and vegetarian options. All their burgers are made totally from scratch and you can even tailormake your own burger by combining various types of burger bread, dressings, protein and toppings. The result comes served in plastic baskets, in true fastfood style.
