The Montanari family has been running Italian restaurants in Stockholm since 1971 and the second generation of Montanaris is continuing the tradition with Adria Ristorante. Modern and innovative flavour combinations are created from traditional Italian dishes. Adria, in Vasastan, serves lunch and dinner and guests are always welcome to pop by for a glass of wine at the bar. The food is Italian through and through, with a menu consisting of antipasti, pasta, secondi and dolci. Dishes are based on typical Italian ingredients such as sardines, buffalo mozzarella, vongole, swordfish, homemade salsiccia or gelato.
Adria has created a combination of modern neighbourhood restaurant and Italian ristorante. They aim to provide a welcoming, sociable atmosphere for all occasions and groups. The interiors are warm and homely with colourful wallpaper, velvet chairs and sofas and classic wooden tables. There's also a bar for anyone who feels like enjoying a good glass of wine before or after dinner.
