Lots of people prefer to study or work from cafés in Stockholm, but it's important to find the right spot where you can get wi-fi, a nice working environment and great coffee into the bargain. To make it slightly easier we've listed our top tips for study-friendly cafés in Stockholm where students, freelancers and laptop-workers can count on an office for the day accompanied by good coffee and food.

An unexpected choice, perhaps, considering the constant buzz at this lively coffeebar, but Kaffe actually attracts a whole load of espresso-mad laptop regulars. You can't use your laptop in the bar itself (spill risk) - so you'll need to compete for one of the spots by the high windows. Good value coffee is served along with small sandwiches and normal-sized buns, but remember to visit the cashpoint first. It's cash only here.
