Tap Room

Cocktails on tap

When the Clarion Hotel Amaranten was given a facelift recently it included the addition of the cocktail bar Tap Room, where cocktails are served on tap. The decor flirts with the hotel's original Sixties roots and the cocktail concept inspiration comes from the metropolis of metropolises, New York. If your tummy starts rumbling, you can order tasty medium-sized dishes to go with your drinks.

Lokal Izakaya

Japanese overtones

An Izakaya is the Japanese equivalent of a bar or pub - that is, a simple drinking spot. At Lokal Izakaya both the food and drinks have strong Japanese overtones; you can order cocktails with flavours such as ginger, yuzu or lemongrass.

Southern European

Continental Styrelsen on Kungsholms torg is all about wine. The labels reveal a particular preference for Southern Europe, but other parts of the world also get a look in. Enjoy a glass in the relaxed, buzzy local bistro atmosphere, or order a cocktail if you prefer.

Breakfast & Wine

The name says it all

"Breakfast & Wine" describes exactly what this is - a place to hang out from morning until evening. If you find yourself in the area around Sankt Eriksbron on the Kungsholmen side this is a great spot to slide into for a glass of wine, a cocktail at the bar or (in the summer) a glass of rosé al fresco.
