All salads are made to order and tossed in their own dressing.

At Tysta Mari you can compose your own salad from what may just be Stockholm's widest selection of salad ingredients sold by weight. There are four steps to the perfect salad: the basic salad foundation, main ingredients, sides and dressing. The salad is created to order in front of you and the result is a fresh salad, designed to satisfy your individual tastebuds.

Zoey's Freshfood takes culinary inspiration from all over the world, serving salads such as Asian noodle, Caesar salads and prawn salad. If you don't find a salad you fancy on the menu, just create your own from your favourite ingredients.

Delicious food can also be nutritious - at least at BodyBuddy, which is a light and airy health café in Östermalm. Tasty, healthy food, prepared with carefully selected ingredients that are good for the body, the planet and the soul. Colourful bowls and fresh salads form the basis of the menu, with both vegan and gluten-free options.

At lunchtime Dirty Coco serves healthy salad bowls with nutritious ingredients such as black rice, sweet potato, avocado and various proteins. Eat in in the unique dining room, which is completely pink and decorated with thousands of flowers covering the ceiling and walls. There are always several vegan and gluten-free options for anyone who prefers.

The Farm Family on Brunkebergstorg serves innovative, substantial salads with no scimping on the ingredients. Choose from ingredients including goat's cheese, beetroot, prawns, salmon and Swedish chicken. A step up from the usual salad, but prices are still reasonable.

In this cosy salad bar on Skeppsholmen in the Old Town, Citysallad produces countless healthy lunches. The menu consists of a creative selection of salads to choose from.  

The food at Renée Voltaire's lifestyle concept Pepstop is 100% vegan and you'll find salads, hot dishes, juices and sweet things on the menu. Everything they serve is organic, unprocessed and additive-free, as well as being rich in vitamins, chlorophyll, minerals, enzymes and antioxidants. 

The cosy café En halv trappa ner is a well-known in Södermalm for its salad menu based on fresh ingredients including nuts and vegetables. You choose your own toppings and dressing from a range of tasty options for vegetarians, vegans and meat-eaters alike.
