Soulistic Food Truck hör ihop med Soulistic Foods Diner, en amerikansk diner på den amerikanska ambassadens mark ute på Gärdet. Foodtrucken har funnits sedan 2014 och serverar streetfood med inspiration från "Southern soul food" - allt från klassiska amerikanska pancakes till crispy fried chicken och mac & cheese.

    Så bra! Testade en crispy fried soy burger som var supergod och väldigt smakrik. De hade bytt ut den vanliga ”burgaren” mot tofu, vilket jag gillade, och visade upp hur smarrig maten såg ut innan de packade ner den. Perfekt soul food! Riktigt trevliga och grymt bra musik...
