Popular Koloni, which opened its first cafe in 2001, has multiple locations around Stockholm and has created a haven of wholesomeness for stressed out city dwellers. With emphasis on local and organic produce the seasonal menu features raw salads, wraps and international dishes inspired by a plethora of cuisines. The offering isn't solely vegetarian; meat-eaters find multiple dishes to satisfy such cravings.
Cold pressed juices, nut-based ‘milk’ smoothies and organic coffee are all part of the offering. Koloni's holistic approach is apparent throughout the entire concept. Feeling peckish? Koloni boasts an impressive array of gluten- and dairy-free baked goods, such as raw treats and chocolate cake.
