Systrarna Voltaire påbörjade sin kulinariska resa i början av 90-talet när de slog upp portarna till Café Oscars på Narvavägen. Lotta Voltaires dotter Sally spenderade somrarna i huset där kokboken Systrarna Voltaires Mat skapades och som 14-åring jobbade hon varje helg på caféet och sedan dess har hon varit med och byggt upp varumärket Voltaire. I maj 2013 tog hon arvet vidare på allvar när hon öppnade restaurangen Voltaire i PUB-huset. Här erbjuds en modern vegetarisk upplevelse med mycket raw food på menyn. Något som det rådit stark bristvara på i denna köttgalna stad. Förutom lunch serveras afternoon tea och några av stans bästa take away-sallader och här finns även en juicebar och deli.
