Heléne Johansson, who runs Brunkebergs Bageri, is also behind Brunkebergs Bageri & Bistro on Birger Jarlsgatan. Eat breakfast and lunch, have a coffee or buy artisanal bread and freshly baked cakes and pastries to take home with you.

Brunkebergs Bageri & Bistro is an artisan bakery, patisserie and bistro in one, combining bread and food in a modern way. Just like at their sister bakery on Dalagatan you can buy everything from large sourdough loaves to fresh rolls, pastries and seasonal cakes (to order) here. You can also stop off to enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, brunch or a few snacks with a glass of wine or beer in the light, airy premises. Everything is baked on site from scratch using selected, mainly organic, ingredients. 

The breakfast menu includes freshly-made sandwiches, yoghurt with homemade granola, naked oats porridge, nad other healthy options. If you fancy something a bit more substantial, go for a "brekkie burger" or a filling egg dish. At lunch and dinner they serve hearty bistro dishes, perfect for pairing with hand-picked wines, beer and a well-blended cocktail. On Saturdays you can round off the week with a tasty brunch, accompanied by a glass of cava if you're in the mood.
