Proseccobaren

Malmskillnadsgatan has firmly planted itself on the Stockholm restaurant scene in recent years, with a range of exciting bars and restaurants. One of them is Proseccobaren, run by the same crew as Cavabaren. They serve wine and cocktails, along with small Italian dishes, in modern premises in the heart of the city.

Proseccobaren opened in autumn 2021 in light, airy premises with concrete walls, high ceilings and modern bistro furniture. Italian cuisine is the order of the day with small dishes such as pizza al tegamino, pasta, cheese, charcuterie and Italian desserts. Meet up over an aperitivo with snacks and something delicious to drink. As the name suggests, they serve a wide selection of wine and bubbles, and the bar also mixes up cocktails.

With its unpolished concrete walls, long curtains, brown leather sofas, black bentwood chairs and marble-topped café tables, as well as large wine refrigerators filled with wine and charcuterie, Proseccobaren is a welcoming, pared-back meeting place. Take a seat at the long bar counter in the middle of the room for something to eat, a glass of fizz or perhaps just an espresso and a sweet pastry, Italian style.
