TGI Fridays

Fridays opened their first restaurant in 1965 in New York, and the American theme runs strong through both the menu and the decor. The southernmost of all Sweden's Fridays branches can be found in the old market halls on Lilla Torg in Malmö. You'll find American burgers, post-work drinks, a bar and an outdoor eating area in the middle of one of the city's liveliest areas.

Fridays aims to provide a fun, friendly Friday feeling all week long. Come here to hang out with friends and family over American dishes such as hamburgers, ribs, steaks and decadent desserts such as sundaes or perhaps an "Oreo Madness". Or perhaps you need to wind down after a long working week and have a post-work drink and bite to eat with friends and work colleagues. If you're thirsty, you'll find wine, beer and alcohol-free cocktails at the bar.

The American concept is obvious in the classic decor, with its brown leather sofas, banquettes, exposed brick walls, "stars and stripes" and American souvenirs. Take a pew at a table or grab a spot in the loungey bar area and watch the game on the big screen. Its corner location right on Lilla Torg provides prime people-watching opportunities from the outdoor seating area. Slightly chilly? Heaters and blankets are provided.
