The architect-designed Clarion Hotel & Congress Malmö Live opened in May 2015, just a short walk from Malmö central station. With its ideal location in the centre of town, the hotel is an obvious meeting place for locals and international visitors alike, just a stone's throw from Malmö's shopping, entertainment, nightlife and parks.
The hotel boasts an impressive view over the town and Malmö's own beach, Ribersborg. It houses 444 rooms of various sizes, decorated in contemporary style. Access to the gym, Wifi and a generous, largely organic, breakfast buffet, are always included in the room price. If you want to luxe it up a notch, book a night or two in the Zlatan suite (named after Malmö native Zlatan Ibrahimovic) or the Superior suite on the 23rd floor.
The venue is also perfectly equipped for all kinds of events. There are 24 conference rooms with capacity for up to 1500 people. Conferences and workshops are tailormade to guests' desires and requirements with flexible function rooms and creative solutions.
Naturally, the Clarion Hotel & Congress Malmö Live also offers guests and visitors memorable culinary experiences. Marcus Samuelsson, one of the world's most successful chefs, is behind the hotel's two restaurant concepts. At Eatery Social Taqueria, Latin American streetfood influences are the order of the day, while Kitchen & Table serves New York flavours made from local Scanian ingredients. On Sundays, brunch with freshly made waffles, Mexican influences and other international flavours is on the menu.
Wind down after a busy day in town in the Clarion Living Room, a place to relax and be inspired by art, music and design. The idea is to create a living hotel that's open to everyone.
