At the point where the Göta river meets the harbourfront, you'll find this French-influenced restaurant and wine bar, which draws in business lunchers and post-work drinkers alike. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served French-style; tarte flambée is their signature dish, made from a base of sourdough and topped with local ingredients. On the drinks front, you can choose from cocktails and carefully selected wines.

Valentinas open up their restaurant in the morning to serve breakfast such as bread with various toppings, smoothies and coffee. The lunch menu is ambitious and consists of two selected tarte flambées, with at least one vegetarian option, as well as a fish dish and a meat dish. The premises are warm and welcoming, with cosy decor and a long wooden bar counter.

In the evenings, a bar menu with wines and other drinks, along with various French medium-sized dishes, is served. The evening menu also includes tarte flambée, as well as a charcuterie plate and French soup. Cocktails, both classic and traditional, are shaken behind the bar counter and include alcohol-free mocktails such as Elderflower Fizz or Minty Ginger.

The wine selection includes several champagnes and European red and white wines.
