Rubs Seasoned Salads

Rubs Seasoned Salads is a colourful, playful salad bar inside the Arkaden shopping centre. Streetfood combines with healthfood here, and they serve both salads and flatbreads behind the open bar counter. Spices lead the way and inspiration for the restaurant's own spice mixes - rubs - comes from all over the world. Eat in or order online or via Rub's app and enjoy your food at home or the office. Rubs also provides catering for all kinds of events.

Rubs' goal is to make food that's good for both body and soul. The result is fresh salads which you can tailormake to your own tastes. Choose from different salads such as Mission - which includes spiralized vegetables, yuzu ponzu and aioli with Leche de Tigre - before choosing your own protein. There are hot protein sources direct from the grill and cold favourites such as seared tuna. There are also plenty of options for vegans, vegetarians and meat-eaters, and dressings are vegan. In addition to salads, the menu includes various kinds of flatbreads.

The premises are open and playful, with rustic wooden floors and dark wooden furniture alongside colourful walls and neon lights. Chefs toss salads behind the open bar counter and season them with Rubs' own spice mixes. You can also buy their spice mixes - a.k.a. rubs - to take home with you.
