As one of the city's first restaurants to specialise in the Japanese noodle soup, ramen, Ramen Ya has a reputation for being both authentic and reasonably priced. Drop by to experience carefully composed dishes, in vegetarian, vegan and meat variations.
Everything from the umami-rich soup bases to their noodles, pickled eggs and kimchi are made on site from scratch.
