Having worked at restaurants including fine dining institution Oaxen Krog in Stockholm, he's clocked up plenty of experience which he's transformed into winning dishes here in Gothenburg. His colleague Maximilian, who has a background as a bartender, works alongside him. There may not be a actual bar in the restaurant any more but cocktail lovers can relax - he and his team can still mix you a killer cocktail as an aperitif or after a day out in the city.
