Brasserie P

Brasserie P is housed in the Quality Hotel Panorama in central Gothenburg. A warm, friendly atmosphere welcomes guests and other visitors, whether you're travelling alone, with your family, friends or colleagues. The restaurant offers well made, uncomplicated dishes that do your body and soul good. Classic dishes made from fresh ingredients with something for all tastes - meat and fish eaters, vegetarians and vegans and children.

Handily located not far from Lisberg amusement park, you can book a table or just drop by. The modern premises have large windows and plenty of space for large groups. The head chef at Brasserie P is John Johansson, who together with his team of chefs offers a varied à la carte menu with classic international dishes. Combine with a beer or wine from the drinks list - staff are happy to help with recommendations.

Every morning they lay out their breakfast buffet. You'll find cold cuts, hot dishes, freshly-baked bread, freshly brewed coffee, tea and fruit juice, much of it organic. Lunch at Brasserie P is only for pre-booked groups. If you want to hold an event you can book the dining room with space for up to 200 seated guests. You can also meet up in the lounge bar and lobby and enjoy a game of shuffleboard.
