Barley's Food Factory, in Gothenburg's Kville area, serves up burgers and serious milkshakes in street-style surroundings. The food, which is served on metal trays American diner-style, comes in both meat and vegan-friendly variations. The bar includes a selection of craft beers, as well as cocktails and wines by the glass.

Burgers take centre stage on the menu, but there are also a range of no-meat burgers and other main courses, along with sides and dips.
