Need a break from everyday life? Sparadiset in central Malmö is a relaxing day spa decorated with exotic motifs and paradisiacal scenes. With three branches in Stockholm, Sparadiset's Malmö spa opened in 2016, in the former premises of Sinnesro Spa on Husargatan. A tranquil, hidden oasis awaits with spa areas inspired by far-off, tropical places. In Madagascar, for example, you can wind down in the jacuzzi surrounded by jungle river scenes. Nibble on fresh fruit, and sip a glass of wine or fizz if you fancy. Each spa area comes complete with organic spa products.

If you want to treat yourself to a spa treatment, you can choose from various types of massage (including a liquorice massage) to waxing, pregnancy treatments and facials. As well as organic body and facial treatments you can also have a pedicure with a softening foot bath and foot massage. Sparadiset Malmö is also unique in offering the de-stressing treatment "floating", in which you float in a large tank filled with salt water. A treatment that's said to help with depression and anxiety.
