Swedish/Australian couple Anna and Cameron Irving hold the reins at this Michelin-starred restaurant. While Anna takes care of guests and drinks with a sure hand, Cameron can be found in the kitchen. Ambitions are high and you can come to Project to enjoy fantastic wines in the bar or dinner with tasting menus and pairing wine packages.  

In 2016, Swedish/Australian couple Anna and Cameron Irving started a restaurant project that was given the highly fitting name Project. After many years in London they wanted to create a restaurant that was about more than just fantastic food and just a few years after opening, in 2021, Project was awarded a star in the Michelin Guide. The award recognises their unique dishes with balanced flavours, made from local ingredients in season, presented by skilled staff. 

The tasting menu is based on culinary influences from all over the world, where every dish is a process that can take several months. The bread alone takes five days to bake and the butter takes two days to make. If you'd rather just take a seat in the bar for a glass of excellent wine, there's plenty to choose from. Anna, who is a trained sommelier, imports all the wines the restaurant serves so you can drink wines here from both well-known and lesser-known producers. 

The restaurant has a living room feel, with muted tones, leather furniture, chandeliers and patterned wallpaper. If you're a group looking for an intimate dinner experience, there's a small private dining room by the bar. 

After around 20 years in various international kitchens Cameron, who is trained in classic French cooking, has chosen to take a free approach to cooking, within the framework of fine dining. The same goes for the drinks they serve, as Anna has a broad knowledge of wine and likes all kinds of different kinds of wine. One thing is certain - this restaurateur couple's joint project is constantly changing and developing.
